5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you cancel your project after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Additional cancellation terms may be specified in your individual service agreement.
- No refunds are offered for completed services.

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Delays or issues caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.
